1- Folders Sharing Service:

2- New Email For faculty and Staff Service:

1 – Send an email from HOD to  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
2 – write full name
3 – Write Employee ID

3- Access Control Service :

1 – Send an e-mail (from the head of the department) to  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
2 – Write the name of the employee and the Employee ID
3 – Determine the name of the room and the door number

4- New Username and Password Service:

2 – Determining the employee’s name , Employee ID , Phone Number , Direct Manager
3 – Determining the Employee’s Department

5- Announcement ( Advertisements ) on YUC Website Service:

2 – write a declaration to be published
3 – select the page you want to put the announcement (the main page, any other page)

6- Reset System Password Service:

1 – Send an email to  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
2 – Write user name, Employee name and ID

7- Display/Information monitor Service:

Location : College Entrance ( Al Jabrial and Al Faysal )
• To display any news or notice kindly email to  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
• The content notice must be in any of the forms as follows :
( picture, flash, movie, website link or text file)
• Date and duration of the content to be displayed

8- Skype call conference Service:

Location : DMD Meeting Room ( Al Jabrial )
Location : TOEFL Lab ( Al Faysal )

9- Video Conferencing ( Sony HD Ipela) Service:

Location : Video Conferencing Room ( Al Jabrial and Al Faysal)
• Booking of VC must be made only via yuc email calendar.
• Kindly email to  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. if vcroom calendar not available
• Make sure all the equipment had been power up
• Connect to remote side
• Press presentation button to start presentation
• For use of sympodiun ( please refer to sympodium guide )

10 – The Help Desk Service:

The Help Desk provides a single point of contact for all your IT related problems and queries. When contacting the Help Desk by using http://yuc-hd/it please ensure you have the following information to hand:
Your Employee ID start with U e.g. u012345
- Your Email Address
- Your Contact number
- Your Department
- Type of Problem Like (Hardware, Network, Application, Printer, Software)
- Problem Description

11 – The Lab Services:

We are ensuring the quality of service at any time, during lab sections if you have any kind of problem for e.g.
- Accessing computer (Login problem)
- Projector not working
- Not able to display slides on projector
- Facing problem to work on Sympodium
- Internet Problem etc.
Your allow to contact any IT personal to resolved your problem at that instant during lab section or during having class.

Your advice to come back and check your ticket status, please ensure you have following information to hand:

- Your Employee Id
- Generated ticket ID

• Please check the room availability ( DMD Meeting Calender )
• Launch Skype application if the program is not started yet
• Connect to remote side and press SHARE icon to start the screen sharing with the remote user
